Google Cloud is hiring an AI Outcome Customer Engineer to bridge pre-sales agreement shaping and post-sales execution for enterprise AI accounts. The role partners with account teams and Customer Engineers, leads technical design for AI solutions involving models, agents, and connectors, troubleshoots implementation issues, identifies product bugs, and translates customer feedback into feature requests. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role, and experience with technical delivery, system design, code, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations or AI/ML deployments. The position is based in Stockholm, Helsinki, or Aarhus, with compensation and benefits varying by country.
