Google Cloud is hiring an AI Outcome Customer Engineer to serve as an enterprise architect, technical debugger, engineering liaison, and technical delivery manager for strategic AI accounts. The role bridges pre-sales technical evaluation and post-sales execution, designing secure integrations of models, agents, connectors, identity systems, and compliance boundaries; diagnosing implementation issues; and translating customer feedback into product and engineering work. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 10 years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role, and experience with technical delivery, system design, code, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations. The role may be based in Playa Vista, California, with other listed work locations.
