Description
CIMA+ is hiring an AI Platform Administrator to administer and optimize enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, and other approved AI solutions. Reporting to the AI Solutions Team Lead, the role covers user and license administration, usage and cost monitoring, platform governance, security controls, integrations, troubleshooting, documentation, and adoption support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of SaaS, Microsoft 365, cloud, or enterprise platform administration experience, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, generative AI, and related operational and governance practices.
