Forus is hiring a full-time AI Operations Product Manager to build and own the internal AI workspace for its operations team. The role owns AI output systems, knowledge bases, skills libraries, shared repositories, persistent context, scheduled automations, model testing, workflow automation, evaluation and monitoring, onboarding, training, and foundational data and tooling. The position requires 5–10 years of product management, optimization, or building experience, hands-on modern AI-stack work, API and integration experience, strong business acumen, and excellent communication.
