Grab is hiring a Senior Principal Engineer to shape the technical trajectory of its 300+ engineer BECO organization. The role focuses on embedding AI into engineering workflows, improving reliability through prevention and chaos engineering, unifying siloed platforms, and designing scalable foundations for new AI-native businesses. The engineer will operate across merchant platforms, search and personalisation, ads and monetisation, transaction systems, and enterprise capabilities, influencing senior stakeholders without managing people.
