Endava is hiring an AI Platform Engineer to build, operate, and evolve an internal AI Engineering Platform supporting WTW's Insurance Consulting and Technology Division. The role focuses on AI-assisted and agentic software engineering, reusable platform services, Azure cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, automation, observability, and developer enablement. Candidates need at least four years of platform, cloud, DevOps, or software engineering experience, along with Azure, containerization, Terraform or OpenTofu, CI/CD, scripting, and observability expertise.
