PayPay Card is hiring a full-time AI Platform Engineer to build and operate cloud-native GenAI infrastructure for internal teams. The role covers AI platform architecture, secure and reliable infrastructure, deployment automation, self-service patterns, monitoring and evaluation, and R&D for GenAI applications, agents, RAG systems, MCP integrations, and agent workflows. It requires more than five years of cloud infrastructure experience, strong DevOps and automation skills, and familiarity with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and AI platform technologies. The position uses a hybrid workstyle and offers an annual salary paid in 12 installments, social insurance, a 401K, and other paid leave.
