TGW is hiring an AI Platform Engineer to implement, operate, and continuously improve AI-powered engineering solutions. The role focuses on GitHub Copilot and AI-supported development platforms, integrating AI across the software development lifecycle, evaluating new AI technologies, building reusable agents and accelerators, establishing governance, and providing consulting and training to developer teams. Candidates should have technical education, software development experience, programming skills, knowledge of AI and large language models, and strong German and English communication skills. The position offers a flexible home-office model and a collective agreement minimum gross base salary of 49,279 EUR per year for full-time employment.
