HiBob is hiring a Senior Product Manager for its AI Unit to shape the platform and ecosystem layer of AI across its products. The role owns foundational AI capabilities, reusable AI systems, governance and control mechanisms, evaluation and monitoring, and standards for how AI is built and adopted. It requires at least six years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform-oriented environments, experience with AI-powered products, strong technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams. The position is permanent and hybrid, with a temporary remote option available after six months of tenure.
