Claroty is hiring a Software Engineer Team Leader to lead the development of a secure remote access solution for industrial environments. The role involves managing a developer team, designing secure IT-to-OT connectivity, building scalable gateway and proxy architectures, implementing Zero Trust and session monitoring, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need at least three years of R&D team leadership experience, five or more years of backend development with Python, production-grade LLM and RAG experience, distributed high-availability systems experience, and proficiency with AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude.
