Description
NiCE is hiring an AI Presales Engineer to support advanced AI solution sales cycles for its CXone platform or standalone solutions. The role partners with account executives on discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts; builds n8n and LangChain prototypes; designs RAG, semantic-search, and secure-integration architectures; advises C-level stakeholders on security and data privacy; and provides feedback to Product and Engineering. The position requires 4–7 years of pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience focused on automation or generative AI, along with knowledge of workflow orchestration, LLM frameworks, RAG pipelines, and light Python or JavaScript coding. It follows a hybrid NiCE-FLEX model with two office days and three remote days per week.
