AHEAD is hiring a Principal Technical Consultant, AI Services to lead the architecture, engineering, deployment, and productionization of enterprise-grade AI, GenAI, agentic, automation, and machine-learning solutions for clients. The role combines hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, client-facing consulting, solution architecture, delivery quality, standards, and mentorship. Candidates should have 7–12+ years of relevant experience, strong Python and cloud-native engineering skills, and familiarity with AI solution patterns such as RAG, LLM application design, orchestration, vector databases, guardrails, and observability.
