The Process Automation Engineer will analyze existing business processes, redesign workflows, and implement low-code automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath and Power Automate. The role involves stakeholder collaboration, workflow documentation, benefit quantification, after-hours support, and strategic platform configuration, while working with developers on complex integrations. Candidates should have a relevant degree, at least five years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement, and knowledge of AI, RPA, APIs, scripting, and low-code platforms. The position is hybrid, with four days onsite in Richmond Hill.
