Description
Interbank is hiring an AI Process & Transformation Analyst to govern data for generative AI models and agents, establish and improve process baselines, design feasible process states, classify use cases, translate them into technical briefs, and support adoption cycles. The role requires process, continuous improvement, consulting, or functional analysis experience; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; and experience coordinating technical and business teams, interviewing users, and mapping end-to-end processes. Preferred qualifications include AI-assisted mapping tools, conceptual understanding of agent versus automation use cases, SQL or advanced Excel, and relevant AI productivity certifications.
