Brightfin is hiring an AI Product Director to lead the 0-to-1 launch of its FinOps AI / ITFM+ product pillar focused on cloud spend and AI cost/usage management. The individual contributor will define the product roadmap, decide on AI SKU packaging and outcome-based pricing, run design partner engagements, validate pricing, and close the first deals before transitioning to a broader go-to-market and P&L role as the pillar scales. The role requires 10+ years of AI-native product leadership, direct experience in ITFM/TEM/FinOps, and a track record of taking an AI product from MVP through meaningful revenue; it is remote-first and US-based with a $200,000–$240,000 OTE salary range and health, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401K benefits.
