UPS is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the CommerceShield product family, an AI-powered risk platform for e-commerce merchants. The role covers risk orchestration, checkout protection, and chargeback protection across Shopify, REST API, webhook, and LynkUp integrations; leads AI decisioning, customer discovery, experimentation, developer experience, and commercial outcomes; and manages 1–2 product analysts while leading cross-functional agile teams. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in one of four UPS IT locations, and offers a base salary of $128,172 to $272,736 per year.
