Description
Jack Henry is hiring a Product Manager Advisor to balance tactical sprint execution with hands-on product discovery and commercialization for AI Gateway and upcoming AI platform products. The role leads internal and external beta programs, owns and prioritizes product backlogs, writes user stories and acceptance criteria, evaluates technical feasibility with Architecture and Engineering, and supports go-to-market readiness and beta metrics. It requires at least 10 years of software or platform product experience, client beta or early-adopter experience, regulatory-environment experience, and up to 25% travel. The position is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week in one of the listed office locations, and is ineligible for immigration sponsorship.
