Description
Typeform is hiring an AI Product Operations Lead to build and operate an internal AI Operations capability for its R&D teams. The role owns the backlog of AI opportunities, takes ambiguous problems from discovery through delivery, designs and improves AI-native solutions, manages automations, agents, and internal applications, and establishes evaluation, reliability, security, governance, and enablement practices. It is a hands-on, operational leadership role reporting to the VP of Product Operations and working with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, IT, InfoSec, Finance, and other AI practitioners. The role is fully remote and can be filled by candidates based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Portugal, or the Netherlands.
