Niural is hiring a Research Scientist to build and evaluate a Learning Gym for AI agents working on real payroll, contractor onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and compliance workflows. The role owns sandboxed environments, ground-truth verifiers, reward design, reinforcement-learning training, ablations, dashboards, and first-author research papers. It requires a published peer-reviewed paper, strong Python and machine-learning knowledge, production engineering ability, agent-systems experience, and willingness to work a permanent night shift on US hours.
