Etched is hiring an AI Production Engineer to build, deploy, and operate agentic systems that connect production signals to execution across S&OP, material planning, manufacturing readiness, quality, logistics, and customer deployments. The role involves embedding with cross-functional teams, building operational models, creating agents that maintain executable production plans, propagating design changes, and evaluating frontier models and system optimization methods. Candidates should have hands-on experience with LLM-based agents or AI tooling, Python, complex hardware or manufacturing operations, and an eval-driven approach.
