Description
The AI Program Lead will guide the strategic direction, governance, budgeting, vendor partnerships, change management, and execution of the District’s artificial intelligence program. The role develops the AI roadmap, prioritizes initiatives, oversees pilots and platform administration, evaluates AI tools and enterprise integrations, and supervises assigned personnel. It requires 8–12 years of progressive technology program management or enterprise AI/ML experience, including 3–5 years in program leadership, along with SQL, scripting, AI governance, and executive communication skills.
