Description
The role leads PMI’s enterprise AI delivery and governance capability, translating AI strategy into a governed portfolio of initiatives that move from pilots through adoption and value realization. Responsibilities include overseeing program governance, cross-functional dependencies, risks, benefits realization, delivery standards, reporting, and shared AI capabilities across multiple functions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of project, program, or transformation management experience, 5+ years leading AI or related initiatives, and a PMP; it also requires English proficiency and experience with governance, risk, benefits tracking, stakeholder forums, matrixed organizations, and agile or hybrid delivery.
