CoPilot Innovations is hiring a full-time, fully remote AI Program Manager to own client engagements across multiple accounts. The role translates ambiguous business needs into scoped AI solutions, partners with engineers on agents, automations, and ML systems, validates ideas through POCs and prototypes, manages multiple projects, drives client success metrics, and aligns client leadership. Candidates should have 4 to 6+ years of experience in consulting, product, program management, or startup operations, along with client-management and technical-team experience, AI tool fluency, and the ability to execute within sprint-based delivery.
