CACI is hiring a full-time AI Prompt Engineer to join its BEAGLE Agile Solution Factory team supporting a Customs and Border Protection client in Northern Virginia. The role designs, tests, and optimizes prompts for large language models, collaborates on integrating AI into manual processes, researches generative AI, and supports model fine-tuning and Retrieval Augmented Generation. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and possess 0–3 years of software development experience plus at least one year working with large language models or other generative AI models. The position offers up to 10% local travel and a proposed salary range of $53,100 to $106,300.
