Description
Muttdata is hiring a remote AI Backend Engineer (Python) to build and deploy LLM-based agents for a banking client. The role involves creating agents with tool calling, API integration, state and conversation management, and guardrails; deploying them on AWS with containers, CI/CD, secrets, permissions, networking, and security controls; running evaluations and monitoring with Langfuse; resolving technical and process issues; and documenting handoffs. The position requires at least four years of Python backend experience, production service experience, LLM evaluation and agent observability experience, and familiarity with AI development tools.
