Artech is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to develop and enhance AI agents that orchestrate marketing campaigns for a bank. The role requires 8+ years of Python experience, deep agentic AI and prompt knowledge, 5+ years with MongoDB and related databases, LLM consumption experience, at least 1 year of agentic AI experience, and prior work in regulated, high-visibility environments. The engineer will build scalable code, participate in a production pilot, and work within 50 miles of Concord, California, with three mandatory on-site days per week. Applicants must work directly for Artech on W2 from Day 1, and the pay range is $75-$80 per hour.
