Description
NiCE is hiring an AI QA Automation Lead to own quality and automation across human-written, AI-generated, and agent-executed software. The role leads test strategy, acceptance criteria, risk-based testing, production monitoring, incident reviews, automation, CI/CD, and cross-organization testing for the Cloud Analytics platform and AI-powered systems. It requires a computer science or software engineering degree, QA automation leadership and automation experience, hands-on agentic SDLC and AI-enabled automation experience, technical leadership, and expertise in Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and modern testing frameworks. The position follows a hybrid model with two office days and three remote days per week.
