Start.io is hiring a hands-on AI QA Technical Lead to drive the technical evolution of its QA organization through AI. The role focuses on designing and building AI-powered tools, agents, workflows, and integrations across the testing lifecycle, from test design and automation to test data generation, debugging, and failure investigation. The lead will establish technical standards, evaluate AI output, monitor reliability and cost, and collaborate with QA and engineering teams to turn experimental solutions into reliable products.
