Description
Start.io is hiring an AI QA Technical Lead to lead the technical evolution of its QA organization through AI. The role involves designing and building AI-powered tools, agents, workflows, and integrations across the testing lifecycle, from test design and automation to test data generation, debugging, and failure investigation. The lead will establish technical standards, evaluate AI output, monitor solution reliability and cost, and drive adoption and experimentation with QA engineers and engineering teams. The position requires at least five years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation, or software engineering, along with strong programming, test automation, AI, and QA fundamentals.
