Description
Lenovo is hiring an AI Reliability Operations Engineer to support the operational health of Qira, its cross-device personal AI. The role covers incident response, system monitoring, alert triage, observability, release and configuration-change support, and tooling and documentation improvements across production, non-production, staging, and pre-production environments. It is onsite in Chicago with a hybrid arrangement of three onsite days and two remote days per week, and requires prior incident-response or SRE-adjacent experience, observability and alerting experience, Azure knowledge, and on-call availability. The base salary range is $80,000–$90,000 annually, with possible bonus or commission.
