Lenovo is hiring an AI Reliability Operations Engineer to support the operational health of Qira, its cross-device personal AI. The role covers incident response, system monitoring, observability, alert triage, release and configuration-change support, tooling, documentation, and SDLC operations across production, staging, and pre-production environments. It is onsite in Chicago with a hybrid arrangement of three onsite days and two remote days per week, and requires experience in incident response or SRE-adjacent work, observability and alerting tools, Azure, and troubleshooting. The base salary range is $80,000–$90,000 USD annually, with possible bonuses or commissions.
