CoreWeave is hiring an AI Research Engineer to generate and investigate research ideas for continuous learning in production, validate them across real customer tasks, and work with the CRAFT team on self-improving agents. The role requires a technical degree, at least four years of machine-learning experience focused on model training, strong Python and modern ML-framework skills, and experience with LLM post-training, production deployment, and research. The position offers a base salary of $182,000 to $242,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
