PostHog is hiring an AI Research Engineer to join a new AI Research team focused on training Deep ML models and bringing research into production. The role explores session replay analysis, user behavior prediction, and synthetic user testing, leveraging the company’s large product and customer data. Candidates need a strong mathematical background or prior model-training experience, strong PyTorch experience, and strong coding ability in Rust, CUDA, or C, with a preference for Rust. The position is hybrid-remote and based out of PostHog’s London office.
