Description
Normal Computing is hiring for an AI Research Residency focused on agentic LLMs, reinforcement learning, and agentic code generation. The resident will develop multi-agent and RL strategies, build evaluation suites and dashboards, curate and generate datasets, drive an original research investigation, and co-author a paper and present at a company-wide colloquium. The role requires a graduate degree or equivalent research experience, strong Python and modern ML framework skills, familiarity with agentic LLM concepts, and the ability to turn research ideas into reproducible code.
