ZnanyLekarz is hiring a Business Development Manager to sell its Noa Notes SaaS service to doctors and specialists in Poland. The role involves outbound phone, video, and email outreach, meeting sales targets, maintaining CRM records, building a sales pipeline, and helping improve the sales strategy. Candidates should have experience selling services by phone or video, strong communication and objection-handling skills, and organization; prior experience with doctors is not required. The position offers an employment or B2B contract, a base salary of PLN 5,800 gross or PLN 5,800 net, commission, remote work with an optional Warsaw office, and medical insurance and other benefits.
