Description
Fiddler is hiring an AI Science Lead to lead applied research and development for models and datasets powering its Trust Service, guardrail classifiers, and evaluators for LLM and agentic applications. The role covers production classifier development, synthetic and adversarial dataset pipelines, generative insights, evaluation infrastructure, reinforcement learning and preference-based methods, and collaboration with engineering, product, and customer teams. It requires 7+ years of applied AI experience, strong LLM and agentic-evaluation expertise, Python and modern ML-stack proficiency, and availability to work in the Palo Alto office two to three days per week. Compensation is $220,000–$260,000 plus equity and benefits for Bay Area, Seattle, and New York City applicants.
