Description
The AI SDLC Engineer will develop and productionize AI and machine learning solutions for Sephora’s beauty technology, including AI Beauty Chat, Virtual Artist, Color IQ, and Smart Skin Scan. The role involves building and fine-tuning NLP, computer vision, recommender, and multimodal models; designing scalable ML pipelines; collaborating with product and engineering teams; optimizing model performance; and applying MLOps practices across cloud platforms, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, experiment tracking, monitoring, and automated testing. The position is based in San Francisco, California, with one day onsite or nearshore remote work, and has a duration of 12 months or longer.
