State Street is hiring a Team Leader to lead AI Security and Data Protection Governance and Controls, reporting to the Global Head of Data Protection. The role sets enterprise strategy and accountability models, leads a multidisciplinary team, establishes policies and controls, assesses AI and data risks, prioritizes remediation and investment, partners with security and technology leaders, manages third-party requirements, and represents the program to executives, auditors, regulators, and clients. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 13+ years of progressive cybersecurity or related experience, significant leadership experience, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with a salary range of $120,000 to $217,500 annually.
