Description
Casper Studios is hiring an AI Security & DevOps Engineer to establish and enforce secure development practices for AI systems across client engagements. The role owns threat modeling, secure defaults, authentication and secrets patterns, CI/CD gates, agent-specific controls, platform security, audits, and client security reviews. It requires hands-on application and product security, DevOps and platform engineering, identity and authentication, LLM and agent security, secure SDLC, and the ability to engage enterprise security teams. The position is fully remote for US/Canada-based candidates, with occasional client travel, and includes medical, dental, vision, flexible PTO, health FSA/HSA, and life insurance benefits.
