TeamViewer is hiring an AI Software Engineer for its Session Insights team to build and operate AI-powered capabilities, intelligent workflows, automation, and customer-facing services. The role involves designing services, testing and evaluating AI features, improving solutions through experimentation, optimizing production systems, and collaborating with product, platform, and security teams. Candidates need at least seven years of software engineering experience, strong Python expertise, production-grade systems experience, and hands-on experience with AI applications, LLMs, retrieval systems, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration.
