Description
Torq is hiring an AI SOC Solutions Architect for its Professional Services organization to design and deliver AI-driven security operations automation for enterprise customers. The role involves building agentic workflows and AI agents, mapping SOC processes to automated runbooks, delivering end-to-end technical solutions for strategic accounts, integrating SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity, ticketing, and threat-intelligence systems, tuning AI agent behavior, and advising SOC leaders and analysts. It requires 4–6+ years of technical security experience, hands-on SOC and detection-tooling knowledge, automation and API skills, applied AI experience, and customer-facing ability. The position is remote and based out of Costa Rica.
