Torq is hiring an AI SOC Solutions Architect to join its Professional Services organization and report to the Director of Professional Services. The role designs and delivers AI-driven SOC automation for enterprise customers, translating triage, investigation, and incident-response processes into agent-assisted workflows on the Torq platform. Responsibilities include building agentic workflows, integrating SIEM, EDR/XDR, identity, ticketing, and threat-intel systems, tuning AI agents, and advising SOC leaders and analysts. The position requires 4–6+ years of technical security experience, hands-on SOC operations knowledge, experience with SIEM and EDR/XDR tools, automation and integration skills, applied AI experience, and customer-facing ability.
