Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 6 years of software development experience, preferably in telecommunications software, with cloud-native and custom software experience using containers, Kubernetes, Python, Java, shell scripting, and Linux.
Experience integrating AI/ML into software workflows, including AI-assisted development, automated testing, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and domain-specific model adaptation.
Practical data engineering experience involving ingestion, transformation, validation, data quality, metadata, traceability, access control, reliable pipelines, and operational monitoring.
Experience using engineering data from development, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and CI/CD to create AI-ready datasets and actionable insights.
Experience contributing to technical direction and improving engineering practices across teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Telecommunications software experience
Familiarity with 5G NR, LTE RAN, or Cloud RAN
