Prex is hiring a full-time Rust Core Engineer to design, develop, validate, and improve its transactional core, payment processor, and partner integrations. The role focuses on distributed-system correctness, concurrency, consistency, idempotency, fault tolerance, latency, scalability, security, and production quality, while using AI tools and automation to accelerate delivery. Candidates should have advanced education in systems engineering, computer science, or a related field, experience with AI-assisted development, SQL, Git, and technical English; Rust, fintech, cloud agents, AWS, and observability experience are preferred.
