Mercedes-Benz Group AG is hiring an AI Software Engineer for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services China to lead AI innovation within the AI Hub team. The role focuses on developing and evaluating GenAI, AI, and data use cases using LLMs, machine learning, and data analytics; leading rapid prototyping and PoC delivery; deploying scalable enterprise AI solutions; maintaining supporting infrastructure; and contributing expertise to governance and technical discussions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong programming and AI/ML knowledge, and familiarity with LLM tooling and techniques.
