Description
ALTEN is hiring an AI Software Engineer to develop and operate software using AI agents across the software development lifecycle, including spec-driven development, coding agents, AI-supported testing, delivery, architecture, governance, and operations. The role involves identifying AI use cases, leading workshops with business and IT teams, and measuring effort, quality, and cycle time. Candidates should have enterprise application experience, preferably with Java, Spring Boot or Quarkus, relational databases, coding agents, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, tool use, SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub, APIs, and cloud platforms, along with excellent German and English skills.
