Beamy is hiring an AI Software Engineer to build and operate secure, privacy-first systems that observe application usage across thousands of employees. The role combines browser-extension development, real-time data pipelines, AI-driven pattern recognition, scalable architecture, and production systems, while collaborating with Product and Data teams. Candidates need at least five years of software experience, strong Python or equivalent backend skills, end-to-end project leadership, and familiarity with AI development tools; browser extensions, computer vision, multimodal systems, and cloud infrastructure are bonuses. The position is based in Paris with three days in the office and two days remote, with a stated salary of €50,000–€80,000 plus BSPCE.
