Hitachi Solutions is hiring an AI Software Engineer to own the end-to-end architecture of an AI-assisted migration platform, including agent and skill design, LLM output bounding, Azure cloud architecture, and integration with legacy workflows. The role leads delivery, stakeholder management, and a 3–8 person AI/automation engineering team while developing prompt-engineering, LLM API, RAG, parsing, and workflow-conversion components. Required qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. Computers/MCA degree and experience with Node.js/TypeScript or Python, XML/JSON parsing, parsers or rule engines, prompt engineering, LLM APIs, RAG, MCP, Azure authentication, REST APIs, webhooks, and test automation.
