SS&C is hiring a full-time AI Software Engineer in Toronto to design, develop, and implement AI-enabled workflows and agents across the application delivery lifecycle. The role focuses on using Claude Code and other AI-assisted development tools to automate planning, development, testing, review, integration, deployment, troubleshooting, and operational support, while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and developers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of Java and Python software development experience, enterprise software delivery experience, and expertise in AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG, context management, and AI evaluation. The position offers a hybrid work model and a salary range of CAD 165,000–210,000.
