Klipboard is hiring an Applied AI Engineer to build and ship production-grade AI features in established C# .NET codebases. The role covers prompt and context design, LLM integration, evaluation, error handling, fallbacks, latency and token-cost management, logging, monitoring, and documentation. Candidates need production C# .NET experience, hands-on LLM development, rapid delivery, and structured LLM evaluation; RAG, vector search, multiple LLM providers, and domain knowledge are preferred. The position follows a three-days-in-office, two-days-from-home hybrid policy.
